摘要
本文从分析螺纹连接件螺母松动的机理入手,认为松动的主要原因是横向动载荷作用和由此引起螺纹副的横向振动,分析了常用防松方法的原理,着重介绍了ST2型防松螺母采用的减小以至消除螺纹副径向间隙的防松方法t指出影响ST2型螺母防松性能的几个因素。对螺纹连接件的紧固方式也提出了建议。
Based on the analysis of the nut-loostening mechanism of screw-thread joints,this paper has proved that the loosening of the nut is caused by crosswise vibration of the screw-thread pair due to the effect of erosswise moving loads.After further anallyzing and evala-ating the principle of conventional methods of preventing nuts from getting loose,the paper focuses on the working principle of ST2 type locking nuts(i.e.eliminationg the longitudindl gap of the screw-thread pair ) and points out several factors which will affect the locking properties of ST-type nuts. Meanwhile,several methods of tightening the screw-thread joints are suggested in the paper.
