摘要
家族企业成长既受外部环境的制约,也受内部文化基因的影响。家族企业包含家族和企业两个利益导向,二者存在着复杂的博弈关系,"家族化"与"弱家族化"是家族企业发展过程所面临的两难抉择。家族企业治理模式演进主要表现为企业控制权的分配和转移问题,家族文化不同程度地影响着企业成长和治理模式的演进。文章探讨了家族企业的内涵、文化特征和家族企业成长的阶段,从家族文化视角分析了中国家族企业成长与治理模式的演进路径。
The growth of family business is restricted by external environment and influenced by internal cultural genes.Family business contains two interest orientations,namely the family and the enterprise,which have complicated game relationship. ＂Family style＂ and ＂weak Family style＂ are the two difficult choices that family business faces in the development process.The evolution of governing mode of the family enterprise is mainly reflected by the problems on distributing and transferring of control rights.Family culture influences the evolution of growing and governing mode of the enterprise in different degrees.The paper discusses family business＇connotation,cultural features,and their growth stages and analyzes the route of growing and governing mode of Chinese family business with the view to family culture.
