摘要
新经济的竞争是速度的竞争。敏捷供应链以其独特的优势,吸引了人们的广泛关注。文章首先详细阐述了企业核心竞争力的基本理念,然后引入敏捷供应链及其特征,接着深入分析了构造敏捷性的供应链对于企业形成核心竞争力的促进作用,最后提出了敏捷供应链下的企业核心竞争力的构建策略。
First,the paper expatiates the traits of agile supply chain and the theory of core competence,then it analysis the relationship of agile supply chain and core competence in detail.At last it proposes improvement strategies in company core competence based on agile supply chain.
