摘要
从敏捷供应链的特征出发,分析敏捷供应链下的企业技术创新模式。首先,揭示了敏捷的含义以及敏捷产品的特征;其次,分析了敏捷供应链与技术创新之间的对应关系;最后,结合技术创新的原理以及网络时代技术创新的特点,构建出基于Internet/Intranet的敏捷供应链技术创新网络模式,旨在提升企业的技术创新能力以及对市场的响应能力。
Beginning with the characteristics of the agile supply chain , the article analyzes the technology innovation model under the background of the agile supply chain. First, the implication on agility and the attitudes of agile products are discussed. Second, the relationship between the agile supply chain and technology innovation is analyzed. Finally, combined the characteristics of the agile supply chain with the principles of the system integration and network model , a technology innovation model of the agile supply chain based on Internet/Intranet is proposed in order to improve the capabilities of technology innovation and the responsibility to market.
