摘要
生态化技术创新有助于创造新的消费市场,刺激投资,促进产业分化,缓解就业压力;它是经济增长的新引擎。在总体把握国内外实施生态化技术创新政策的基础上,提出了我国大力推进生态化技术创新引领经济复苏的对策。
Eco-technology innovation will help create new consumer markets,stimulate investment,promote industrial division and ease employment pressure.It is an important way to recover from the economic crisis.On the basis of overall grasping of the implementation of eco-technology innovation policy to deal with the economic crisis at home and abroad,the paper puts forward the measures of promoting eco-technology innovation to drive the economic recovery.
