阐明了技术创新与消费有着密切的关系,消费需求的变化引导着技术创新的发展方向,只有通过强化消费者绿色消费意识、扩大绿色消费市场、建立和健全绿色市场规范,才能引导技术创新走生态化之路。
This paper expounds that the technical innovation has many things to do with the consumption, the variation of the consumption will guide the developing direction of the technical innovation, only through strengthening the green consumption consciousness of the consumers, enlarge the green consumption market and establish and perfect the regulation of the green market, can the technical innovation he guided to go on the eco-road.
