摘要
本文首次对月鳢Ｃｈａｎｎａａｓｉａｔｉｃａ（Ｌｉｎｎａｅｕｓ）烂尾病的症状进行了描述，并首次以ＷＤ无敌消毒液对该病进行治疗。据初步试验结果，每天泼洒一次ＷＤ无敌消毒液（５ｍＬ／ｍ３），连续３ｄ，部分病情较轻的病鱼可以痊愈，病情严重者则死亡。试验结束时，试验组无患病鱼，成活率极为显著的高于对照组；而对照组仍有１２．７３％的鱼患病，患病率与试验前无显著差异。表明ＷＤ无敌消毒液对治疗月鳢烂尾病有显著的疗效。
The symptoms of tailrot disease of Channa asiatica (Linnaeus) were described and the illed fished were cured by using WDdisinfectant for the first time in this paper.The result indicated that the worse fishes recovered fully, but all the worst fishes died. By the end of the test, the survival rate of trail group were striking for the control group, and the survival showed no symptoms. But in the control group, the rate of illed fishes were 12 73%, which not marked for pretrial.
