摘要
通过用水合三氯化铝(AlCl3·6H2O)作催化剂合成乙酸酯的研究,考察了催化剂用量、原料配比、反应时间和催化剂重复使用等对合成反应的影响。研究结果表明,水合三氯化铝对乙酸酯的合成具有良好的催化性能,最佳的合成工艺条件为:催化剂用量为0011~0015mol(3%~5%),原料摩尔配比乙酸:醇为10∶18或20∶10,反应时间2h。并对其催化反应机理进行了探讨。
In this paper, a study on the synthesis of acetate using aluminium chloride hydrate (AlCl36H2O)as the catalyst is reported. The effect of the quantity of catalyst, raw material ratios, reaction time and repeatition of catalyst on the esterification has been investigated. The results show that the catalytic ac tivity of aluminium chloride hydrate is good, and the optimum technology conditions are: the quantity of catalyst in this esterification is 0.011-0015 mol (3%-5%),the ratio of acetic acid to alcohol is 1.018 or 2.010,reaction time is 2 h. The catalytic reaction mechanism is also studied here.
