遗传多样性是当前生物学研究的重要内容之一。本文阐明了家畜遗传多样性的概念及研究的重要意义，并详细论述了遗传多样性在ＤＮＡ水平上的几种常用检测方法，同时对它们的应用范围、应用局限和应用趋势进行了评价。
Animal genetic diversity is an important research field of biology. This review elucidated the concepts and research significance of animal genetic diversity and detailed a few detecting methods of genetic diversity at DNA level, in addition, its application scope, limitation and future development were commented as well.
