摘要
本文利用对甘肃10个贫困村的调查资料,运用统计描述和比较分析的方法,从劳动力流动过程中的流向流量、就业行业、职业稳定性、收入与回寄款等方面,分析了其当前的流动状态特征;从流动者对农业和农村的认识、对外出从业经历的感受以及将来发展意向等方面,分析了其当前的思想状况及意愿特征。在此基础上,就这一状况作了简要评价。
By using the investigation material of 10 poverty villages in Gansu province,and analyzing base on the demographic characteristics of rural labor force flow,this paper utilized the method of statistics description and the comparative analysis to analyzed the features of labor force flowing from the following aspects： flow direction and flow rate,the industrial of occupation,stability of occupation,income and the money for sending back… This paper also analyzed the current the features of farmers＇ feeling and willingness from the understanding of agriculture and countryside by turn-overs,the experience about working out,the willing of future development for themselves… Finally,it gave a brief appraisal above the analysis and corresponding policy proposals.
