摘要
通过研究我国大学生资助政策发展演变的历史过程,深入分析学术界对资助政策历史演变的划段方法,厘清政策演变的规律和内在因素,提出"成本分担划段法",将资助政策历史演变划分为三段。笔者还着重分析了这种划段方法的实践价值:有助于正确认识和科学把握国家资助政策体系;有助于研究发掘资助体系不同阶段的德育功能;有助于发挥资助体系促进教育公平公正的作用。
The academic circles analyzed deeply the dividing method of history evolution of aiding policy according to studying history development process of college students aiding policy in China,classified the regular and inherent factors of policy evolution,and presented cost-sharing dividing method.The history evolution of aiding policy was divided into three parts.The practical value of dividing method was as follows： correct recognition and hold of objective laws on the national aiding policy system;study on the moral function in the different stages of aiding policy sestem;the aiding policy system has an important role for promoting education equity.
