摘要
一、前言 关于多层流化床的研究,是流态化工程中有很大应用潜力而至今又研究甚少的一个重要领域,尤其是适用于高温换热用的多孔板式多层床,研究得更不充分。 本文在冷态三维多层循环流化床试验台上测定了床层压降、最小流化速度。
In this paper, the pressure drop characteristics in a multistage circulating fluidized bed as a function of fluidizing velocity, open area of the distributor and particle diameter have been studied. The variations of the particle velocity and flow rate with fluidizing velocity in the bed were measured by a fiber optic probe. The results indicate that the number of particle collisions increases with the 4-th power of the fludizing velocity.
