摘要
为了降低多层流化床干燥器的能耗,对空塔压降随气体分布板开孔率的变化规律、空塔压降随风速的变化规律、进料时的流化操作范围与各床层及总床层的压降随风速的变化规律进行了冷态试验研究。为稻谷的流化床干燥器选择了合适的开孔率、层数并得到了合适的流化操作范围。
For lowering the energy cost of the several-stage fluidized bed dryer,the cold experiment of the rules between the pressure drop of empty dryer and the rate of holls in air distributors,the pressure drop of empty dryer and the speed of wind,the fluidization scope on feed-in state and the pressure drop of each layer and total layer and the speed of wind was conducted.The proper rate of holls in air distributors,the number of layers and the fluidization scope were chose for fluidized bed dryer of corns.
