摘要
介绍了以分形几何的思想方法来探索和解决森林树木这一类自然景物的计算机生成问题的途径,并提出了基于树木的分枝模式与叶序模式的三维 I F S( Iteration Function System )建模法以及相应的图形绘制算法.最后,通过对两个典型实例的分析,指出了此建模法的优点与不足.
This paper introduces the studies of computer graphics generation problem of trees and forests by means of fractal geometry, and presented a modeling and rendering method for three dimensional iterated function systems (3D IFS) base on the mode of branch and phyllotaxis of plant. Finally,the paper points out the advantages and short comings points of 3D IFS modeling through two typical instance.
