摘要
研究了6063铝合金的化学镀Ni-P合金工艺,得出了制备性能良好的、耐腐蚀的化学镀层的最佳还原剂(次磷酸钠)浓度。通过镀速测量、SEM、EDS、极化曲线等方法得出了还原剂次磷酸钠的最佳质量浓度为24 g/L,此时镀速较适宜,镀层组织均匀、致密,镀层中的磷含量最大,镀层的自腐蚀电位最大,镀层耐腐蚀性能最好。
Chemical plating process of 6063 aluminum alloy with Ni-P alloy has been investigated and the optimum reducing agent concentration has been found.The best reducer is sodium phosphite.The optimum concentration of the sodium phosphite is 24 g/L,that was found using scanning electron(SEM) microscope,x-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS) and polarizition curve analysis.Using this concentration the deposition speed is high and the plated layer is excellent,such as,even composition,density,high phosphorus content in the plated layer,high self-corrosion potential,and the best corrosion resistent.
