摘要
八珍益母丸是益气补血药,本文研究了不同极性溶剂提取部分对失血性贫血小鼠的红、白细胞总数、血红蛋白含量、体重及游泳时间的影响。结果表明:不同溶剂提取部分的药效有明显差异。其中,以乙酸乙酯、乙醇(2:1)、乙醇、水提取部分对失血性贫血小鼠的红细胞数、白细胞数、血红蛋白等的增效最好,其次,乙酸乙酯部分对白细胞数、血红蛋白、体重及游泳时间增效较好,氯仿部分对小鼠游泳时间的增效较好。
Bazhenyimuwan is an energy-reinforcing hematinic. This paper reports the effects of the extractions of different polar solvents on RBC, WBC, Hb, weight of body and duration of swimming of the anemic mice by blood loss. The results show that the different extractions have obvious variance. Among which, the increasing effects of extract fractions in ethyl acetate/ethanol (2 : 1), ethanol and water on RBC, WBC and Hb etc. are best, which followed by the one in ethyl acetate on WBC, Hb, the weight of body, the duration of swimming and the one in chloroform on the duration of swimming.
