摘要
利用我们已建立的动物模型观察雷公藤甲素对实验鼠移植皮片存活期、MLR及IL-2水平的影响。结果表明,雷公藤甲素联合DST组皮片存活延长,MLR和IL-2水平明显下降(P<0.01,P<0.05);当其同时联合DST和ATS,皮片存活期明显延长(P<0.05),MLR和IL-2进一步下降(P<0.01)。提示雷公藤甲素在临床器官移植中可能具有一定应用价值。
The effects of TRIPTOLIDE(TL) on mouse skin graft survival period,MLR and IL2 level were observed with our established animal model.The results showed that TL could prolong skin graft survival period slightly,but depress MLR and IL2 significantly when combined with donor specific transfusion (DST).However ,when TL combines with both DST and antithymocyte serum (ATS),the skin graft can survive for a longer time (P<0.05);MLR and IL2 level continuously decline(P<0.01).These results indicate that TL may have certain value in clinical organ transplantation.
