摘要
实验表明,白花蛇舌草能明显促进 ConA和 LPS对小鼠脾细胞的增殖反应,药物本身对脾细胞具有丝裂原作用,能明显增加小鼠脾细胞对SRBC的特异抗体分泌细胞数,增强异型小鼠脾细胞诱导的迟发型超敏反应及细胞毒性T淋巴细胞的杀伤功能。
In this report we studied the effect of HDW on immunological function of mice. The results indicated that HDW was able to enhance the proliferation responses of spleen cells to mitogen ConA and LPS and to induce the mitogenesis of the spleen cells. Furthermore, at the dosage of 100 mg/kg/day, HDW was able to improve the functions of specific antibody forming splenic cells against SRBC and augment the DTH induced by allogenic splenocytes as well as the killing activity of CTL.
