摘要
以大鼠为研究对象(72只),将一侧L5背根分成4~5条细束,记录每条细束的电反应。刺激同侧及对侧承山穴记录到背根反射电位(Dorsalrootreflex,DRR)116例。根据引起DRR的传入纤维类别和DRR在背根传出的纤维类别分为6类,分别为∶C-C·DRR(n=46)、Aδ-Aδ·DRR(n=24)、Aαβ-Aαβ·DRR(n=25)、Aβ-Αδ·DRR(n=9)、Aδ-Aαβ·DRR(n=8)、Aδ-C·DRR(n=4)。结果说明∶刺激承山穴可在背根细束上记录到细纤维传出的DRR电位。这为穴位刺激通过细纤维DRR可引起神经源性炎症反应及DRR参与经络形成提供了神经生理学证据;为穴位刺激能引起细纤维传入终末的突触前抑制建立了方便可靠的指标。
The purpose is to investigate whether stimulating the acupoint could evoke DRR(dorsal root reflex).72 rats L5 dorsal root were divided into 4 or 5 bundles.Stimulating the Chengshan acupoint, 116 DRR were recorded from the bundles of the dorsal root.Based on the groups of afferent fibers inducing DRR and afferent fibers conveying DRR from the spinal cord,these DRR were divided into 6 typesCCDRR(n=46),ADRR(n=24),ADRR(n=25),ADRR(n=9),ADRR(n=8),ACDRR(n=4).These results indicate that the DRR can be recorded from the thin afferent fibers by stimulating the Chengshan acupoint, which provides an electrophysiological evidence for the neurogenic inflammation elicited by the DRR of the thin primary afferent fibers and sets up a convenient and convincible index for presynaptic inhibition of the thin primary afferent terminals.
