摘要
目的 观察中西医结合加整体护理疗法 ,治疗缺血性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法 治疗组 184例 ,采用中西医结合加整体护理疗法。对照组 183例 ,采用西医加常规护理疗法。结果 治疗组 :显效 14 4例 ,有效 34例 ,无效 6例 (恶化 ) ,总有效率 96 .74 %。对照组 :显效 10 0例 ,有效 4 9例 ,无效 34例 ,总有效率 81.4 2 % ,2组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 中西医结合加整体护理疗法是治疗脑梗死病人理想的方法 ,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of combined use of western and traditional Chinese medicines and comprehensive nursing in treating ischemic cerebral infarction.Methods 184 cases in the treatment group were treated with the combined use of western and traditional Chinese medicines and comprehensive nursing.183 cases in the contrast group were treated with western medicine and routine nursing.Results The total therapeutic rates of the two groups were 96.74% and 81.42% respectively (P<0.01).Conclusion The method of combined use of western and traditional Chinese medicine and compredhensive nurse deserves to be widely used to effectively treat ischemic cerebral infarction.
