摘要
体育教师在道德品质、学识修养、教师期望、师生关系、民主作风等方面对学生有着潜移默化的影响作用,只有充分发挥体育教师的主导作用,才能使体育隐蔽课程在体育教育改革和学生成长中发挥其特有的功效。
Gym teachers can exert an unconscious influence on students in aspects of moral quality, learning accomplishments, teacher expectation, teacher-student relation and democratic style, so only by making full use of gym teachers' dominant role can hidden courses show their particular effect in physical education reform and student development.
