摘要
以实际项目为背景,建立了系统的数学模型,阐述了系统的控制方案。实际中转台的位置控制精度可达±2″,摇摆带宽可达10Hz以上,调速范围±0-10000/s。率先采用了C5000系列的DSP芯片作为主控芯片,以分辨率为0.0001度的感应同步器进行位置检测,以数字PID为控制算法对转台进行控制。测试结果表明与同类转台相比较,具有硬件成本较低,运算精度高,控制效果好等一系列优势。
With the background of actual project, establishing the mathematical model of system and describing the system's Control program .In actual system,turntable's position control accuracy can reach ±2", Control system's bandwidth can reach 10Hz above and its Speed Range can reach +0 -1000°/s.Using the series of C5000 DSP chip as the major control chip at the first time, detecting the position by the displacement synchro-inductosyn,which resolution is 0.0001°,and using digital PID control algorithm to control the turntable.The results show that compared with the similar turntables,it has the advantage of lower cost,high accuracy of operation,good control effect and so on.
