摘要
齿轮箱作为一种传动机构,在机械传动、增速和减速等各方面获得广泛应用,它的工作状况直接影响到整机或机组的正常运行。设计并实现了基于DSP系统的小波神经网络故障诊断方法,可广泛应用于TI公司的C2000、C5000和C6000系列DSP平台上,具有很好的实用价值,在使用该系统对JZQ250型齿轮箱的故障进行诊断时取得了理想的结果。
As a transmission gear box is widely used in areas such as the mechanical transmission, the growth rate and deceleration, the working conditions directly affect the normal operation of the machine or set. Provides a thorough description of the design and application of wavelet neural network fault diagnosis method based on DSP, which can be applied to TI's C2000.C5000 and C6000 DSP series platform, has good use-value, the system achieved the desired results when it is applied to fault diagnosis of JZQ250 gearbox.
