摘要
介绍了一种全新的基于电磁加热技术的热灌装加热系统,并将此系统应用到电容器沥青灌装之中,解决了长期以来困扰沥青灌装的加热问题。本文从系统的设计原理、功能、软、硬件设计方案等方面进行了介绍。实验证明,基于电磁加热技术的加热系统其性能更加符合热灌装的技术要求。
The paper introduces a new kind of hotfilling heating system basing on electromagnetism heating technology. The system has been put into practice. It solves the heating problems that worry bitumen filling. The paper will introduce the system in following aspects, design principle, function, software and hardware design decision. The study of based on the electromagnetic heating technology hotfilling heating system.
