摘要
货车车轮是铁路的重要组成部分,因其承受的负载较大,车轮踏面磨损至一定程度后,车轮无法满足铁路货车车轮正常、安全工作时的尺寸要求,利用电弧微铸锻复合增材制造技术修复车轮损伤区域,对于开展铁路货车车轮的快速修复具有重要意义。采用B1807ERM焊丝对铁路货车车轮踏面进行电弧微铸锻复合增材修复,修复完成后,观察并分析修复区域的微观组织及进行力学性能测试。结果表明,增材层基本由板条状马氏体和铁素体组成,组织中没有明显的焊接缺陷,冶金结合良好;且修复区域增材层拉伸性能超过基体性能的95%,冲击韧性超过基体性能的120%,增材层硬度均高于基体硬度满足修复应用要求。
As an important part in railway industry,freight car wheels bear heavy load.When the wheel tread wears to a certain extent and cannot meet the dimensional requirements for normal and safe operation of railway freight car wheels,arc micro casting/forging composite additive manufacturing techniques can be used to repair the damaged area on the wheels is of great significance for the rapid repair of railway freight car wheels.B1807ERM welding wire is applied in the wheel tread repair by means of arc micro casting/forging composite additive manufacturing.After the repair operation,the microstructure of the repaired area is observed and analyzed,and the mechanical properties are tested.The results show that the additive layer is basically composed of lath-shaped martensite and ferrite without obvious welding defect in the structure,exhibiting excellent metallurgical bonding.In addition,the tensile strength and impact toughness of the additive layer in the renovated area is 95%and 120%higher respectively than that of the matrix material,and the hardness of the additive layer is also higher than that of the matrix,meeting the requirements for repair applications.
