摘要
目的:研究蜂胶黄酮对D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠胸腺bcl-2、bax基因mRNA表达的影响,探讨蜂胶黄酮的抗衰老机制。方法:用D-半乳糖建立衰老小鼠模型,以蜂胶黄酮治疗,RT-PCR法观察小鼠胸腺bcl-2、bax基因mRNA表达。结果:与正常对照组比较,模型组bcl-2基因表达降低,bax基因表达升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与模型组比较,治疗组bcl-2基因表达升高,bax基因表达降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:蜂胶黄酮能增加衰老小鼠bcl-2基因表达,降低bax基因表达,具有抗衰老作用。
Objective:To study the effect of Proplis flavone on bcl-2、bax Gene Expression in Aging Mice.Methods:To build the aging mice model by injecting D-glactose,then observe mRNA expression of Bcl-2、bax gene in thymus of mice.Results: Compared with the normal control group,mRNA expression of Bcl-2 gene in the model groups was decreased and expression of bax gene was increased(P∠0.01).Compared with the model group,mRNA expression of Bcl-2 gene in Proplis flavone group was increased and expression of bax gene was decreased(P∠0.01).Conclusion: Proplis flavone can increase the expression of Bcl-2 gene and decreas the expression of bax gene.Proplis flavone has effectweness on antiaging.
