摘要
采用阴离子聚合工艺,以环己烷为溶剂,正丁基锂为引发剂,四氯化硅为偶联剂,合成出苯乙烯-异戊二烯星形嵌段共聚物。通过对小试及15升金属聚合釜扩试产品结构和性能的分析鉴定,证明合成产物是星形嵌段共聚物,各项性能均已达到国外同类产品的指标,完全符合热塑性弹性体的要求。
Using n-butyl lithium as initiator,cyclohexane as solvent,tetrahydrofuran(T-
HF)as polar additive,tetrachlorosilane as linking agent,star-shaped copolymer
of styrene and isoprene(SI)_nR was synthesized by anionic polymerization,and
its structure,morphology and properties were studied.The results show that our
(SI)_nR is a triblock copolymer and its properties have come up to those of
similar types of thermoplastic elastomer abroad.
