摘要
对小试及15 L聚合釜合成的线形SIS和星形(SI)_nR热塑性弹性体进行了研究。结果表明,形态结构规整,聚苯乙烯相呈球状;SIS和(SI)_nR的(?)分别为(15—30)×10~4和(15—40)×10~4,后者的支化度为3;SIS,(SI)_nR的T_t分别为-45℃和111℃,-51℃和113℃。SIS和(SI)_nR的性能为:拉伸强度13—29.6 MPa和19—21 MPa,扯断伸长率大于1000％,永久变形约为100％,硬度(邵尔A型,度)约为40。用SIS和(SI)_nR分别配成热熔压敏粘合剂的性能为:初粘性3—3.8cm和2—4 cm,持粘性23.5—36.5min和20—60min,剥离强度0.62—0.785 kN/m和1.175—1.57 kN/m。
The structure , morphology and physical properties of thermoplastic elastomers, SIS and (SI)nR(linear and star-type block copolymer of styrene and isoprene),were studied .The results showed that they were typical thermoplastic elastomers and excellent hot melting pressure sensitive adhesives . The Mn of SIS and (SI)nR were (15-30) × 104 and (15-40) × 104, respectively , and the degree of branching of the latter was 3 ; the Tg of SIS and (SI)nR were -45°C and 111°C , -51°C and 113°C .respectively . The properties of SIS and (SI)nR were :tensile strength 13-29.6 MPa and 19 -21 MPa ,respectively ,elongation at break> 1000 % , permanent deformation about 100 % , and Shore hardness about 40 A . The adhesive properties of hot melting pressure sensitive adhesives made from SIS and (SI)nR were:initial adhesivity 3-3.8 cm and 2 - 4 cm , persistent adhesivity 23.5 - 36.5 min and 20 -60 min ,peel strength 0.62 - 0.785 kN/m and 1.175 - 1.57 kN/m ,respectively .
