Starch Waste Water Treatment with Composite Biological Fluidized Bed

摘要 将复合床流动特性基础研究的结果应用于淀粉废水的处理。考察了停留时间、气水比、容积负荷及载体对 COD 去除率的影响。研究结果表明,本反应器用于处理淀粉废水,停留时间小于4小时,最大容积负荷为4.2kgCOD/d·m^3,最小气水比为37:1,比接触氧化法处理能力大,效率高,停留时间短,耗能低,是一种高效的新型生物反应器. According to basic studies of flow characteristics of a composite fluidizedbed,the application of this technique to a starch waste water treatment has beendeveloped.Residence time,gas-water ratio,volume capacities and carrier ex-periments were conducted using two types of solid particles to investigate the ef-fect of COD removal.The results indicated that the residence time is less than 4hours,maximum COD volume capacity,4.2 kg COD/d·m^3,minimum gas-water ra-tio,37:1.Comparing the composite biological fluidized bed reactor with the con-tact oxidizing process for treatment of starch,waste water,it is found that theformer has higher productive capacity,higher efficiency,shorter residense timeand less energy consumption than the latter;it is a new type of biological reactor.
