摘要
为了研究分析龙眼肉多糖的单糖组成,采用水提醇沉法提取龙眼肉多糖,用三氟乙酸水解多糖成单糖,经衍生化试剂1-苯基-3-甲基-吡唑啉酮(PMP)衍生化后,利用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)分析单糖的PMP衍生物。结果表明,龙眼肉多糖由甘露糖、鼠李糖、半乳糖醛酸、葡萄糖、半乳糖、木糖、阿拉伯糖7种单糖组成。龙眼肉多糖是一种酸性杂多糖,其中以葡萄糖、阿拉伯糖、半乳糖、半乳糖醛酸为主。
The monosaccharide composition of polysaccharides from Arillus Longan was Analyzed.The polysaccharides was extracted by hot distilled water,precipitated by alcohol,and formed monosaccharidedes by TFA hydrdyzation.The hydrolysate reacted with 1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone（PMP） to produce the PMP derivatives that were analyzed by HPLC.The Polysaccharides from Arillus Longan was comprised mannose,rhamnose,galacturonicaicd,glucose,galactose and xylose arabonose.The polysaccharides from Arillus Longan was an acid heteropolysaccharide.Scientific data of polysacaccharides from Arillus Longan for further development and research is provided.
