摘要
论述了上海市级医院临床信息共享项目(医联工程)的系统目标、业务应用功能、基础情况、设计原则和基本架构,并详细说明了系统设计中通信网络平台、患者身份的惟一识别、标准和规范的建立、信息共享模式、信息存储模式、与医院相关系统的关系、与相关外部系统的关系、个人隐私保护等若干关键问题的解决方案。
The objectives, function, basic technical support, the principles of research and development and basic framework of Shanghai municipal hospital clinical information sharing system were discussed. The measures of several key problems such as network platform, patient ID identification, standardization and rule in implementation, the mode of information sharing and saving, the relationship between the system and other information system in and outside hospital and privacy security were emphasized.
