建议组织研究三峡电力系统网间相互调剂方案

PROPOSAL OF CARRYING OUT STUDY ON REGULATION AMONG GRIDS CONSTITUTING THREE GORGES POWER SYSTEM

摘要 三峡电站汛期迳流发电,枯水期发电量下降,既缺汛期调峰电源,又缺枯水期补偿电源。组成三峡电力系统的三个电网的电源结构差异很大,各自平衡都有困难。三峡电力系统的规划设计方案是:在接受三峡电站分配电力的基础上,3个电网各自平衡,未考虑三个电网间的相互调剂。这样将造成浪费和运行困难。因此文章建议组织研究组成三峡电力系统的三个电网之间相互调剂的技术和经济方案,特别是研究利用3回额定功率为7.2GW的直流输电系统的多种快速调节性能,以改善3个交流电网的运行特性。 The seasonal generating characters of Three Gorges Power Station and the different character of the power source structure of Three Gorges Power System are analyzed in this paper. It is pointed out that in the planning of Three Gorges Power System, which is constituted by East China Power System, Central China Power System and Sichuan Power System, the regulation among the three systems was not considered, and it would increase investment and increase the difficulties in the operation of these grids. It is proposed to organize the study on technical and economic projects for the regulation among the three systems, this study could bring technical and economic benefit to these systems.
