摘要
建立了环氧丙烷中微量组份水、乙醛、丙醛的分析方法。采用实验室精馏装置测定环氧丙烷精制过程中微量水、乙醛、丙醛的浓度随工艺条件的变化规律,最终对精馏方案的确定进行了论证。本工作所达到的环氧丙烷质量指标为:含水50—100ppm,总醛10—50ppm。
Analytical methods for determining several microcomponents in propyleneepoxide-water,acetaldehyde and propaldehyde were presented.Changes in con-centration of these microcomponents with technological conditions during refiningof propylene epoxide were determined by laboratory distillation equipment.Selection of distillation schemes was demonstrated.Quality specifications of thepropylene epoxide obtained;water 50—100ppm,aldehydes 10—50ppm.
