摘要
从化学热力学、动力学两个方面讨论一乙醇胺同时吸收 H_2S 和 CO_2过程的机理,由此导出计算 MEA 吸收塔工艺参数的逐板计算程序。计算结果和实际情况是吻合的。这一处理原则也适用于仲胺(如二乙醇胺或二异丙醇胺)对 H_2S 和 CO_2的吸收过程。
The mechanism of simultaneons absorption of hydrogen sulfide and carbon
dioxide is discussed in the light of chemical kinetics and thermodynamics,and
based on such mechanism,a procedure for tray to tray calculation of technical
parameters of absorption column in the MEA process is suggested.Results calcu-
lated by this procedure are in good agreement with those of commercial practice
and literature.This treating principle can be applied to absorption of hydrogen
sulfide and carbon dioxide by diethanolamine(DEA) or diisopropanolamine (DIPA)
aqueous solution.
