摘要
本文报道了将氨气通入8%环氧乙烷水溶液中合成乙醇胺的新工艺,该工艺与传统的乙醇胺生产工艺相比有较高的安全性.特别是在直接使用乙醇胺水溶液的情况下,该工艺具有显著的经济效益.实验结果表明:原料摩尔比、反应时间、反应温度以及原料中含有一乙醇胺时对产物的组成各有不同的影响.
In this paper, a new technology of synthetic ethanolamines from the 8% ethylene oxide solution is introduced. The technology has the better security than the traditional synthetic technology. Especially, the new technology haas the remarkable economic benefit when the solution of ethanolamines are used directly. The experimental results have indicated that the molar ratio of EO and NH3 the time of reaction. the temperature of reaction. and the monoethanolamine in the reactants have demonstrated different effects on the composition of the products.
