摘要
提出在确定零件对一类刀具的需求序列后,按最少剩余寿命(即最大刀具使用寿命利用率)和最少刀具迟滞时间的目标,优化分派该类各刀具的算法。其基础是求出刀具排序的某些属性的平均值。
An algorithm is suggested for optimizing distribution of cutters in accordance with min. remain life (the longest effect working life of cutter) and the least time delay of cutters after required array of a type of cutter is determined for certain workpiece to be machined. The basis is finding out average value of some properties in cutters scheduling. The optimum scheduling can be found out based on evaluating function generated by the algorithm.
