摘要
以SUS304不锈钢车灯反射镜为研究对象,对其进行了充液拉深,针对成形零件中的菱角变薄缺陷,通过数值模拟、理论分析,提出了一种对液压力的最小二乘法曲线拟合优化方法,得出曲线方程,并通过实验验证了该方程。结果表明,采用最优液压力拉深得到的零件既能达到较均匀的厚度分布,又能降低实验所需的液压设备功率,对生产实践具有指导作用。
The hydro-mechanical drawing was carried on SUS304 stainless steel reflector lamp.Aiming at the defects in the edge of parts by numerical simulation and theoretical analysis,a method to fit curve using least squares of hydraulic pressure was put forward.The theoretical results were compared with the results from the experiment to verify the validity of the proposed technology.The results show that the thickness distribution of the reflectorlamp is more uniform,when drawing with the optimum hydraulic pressure.It can also decrease the power of hydraumatic experiment and provide guidances for production practice.
