铝合金盒形件拉深的变压边力控制 被引量:5

Control of Variable Blank-holder Force in Deep Drawing Aluminum Alloy Box

摘要 建立了铝合金盒形件拉深成形的有限元分析模型。利用数值模拟软件DYNAFORM,研究了整体压边和分块压边随时间和位置变化的变压边力(VBHF)对铝合金盒形件成形性的影响。结果表明,∧形的变压边力控制曲线能够改善铝合金盒型件的成形性;分块压边力随位置和变形程度的变化能控制起皱和拉裂的发生,从而保证铝合金盒形件的成形质量。 The finite element analysis model of deep drawing aluminum alloy box was established. The effects of the variable blank-holder force (VBHF) of which single-piece blank-holder and the segmented blank-holder change with the drawing time and position on the formability of deep drawing aluminum alloy box were investigated with the simulation software DYNAFORM. The results indicate that the ∧-shaped VBHF curve can improve the formability of aluminum alloy box. The segmented blank-holder force changing with the position and deformation degree can control the wrinkle and fracture to ensure forming quality of the aluminum alloy box.
