摘要
药芯焊丝在国内目前已成为发展最快的一种焊接材料，药芯焊丝的生产量日益剧增。但是，在国内药芯焊丝仍采用薄带钢生产药芯焊丝。作者以开发经济实用型药芯焊丝新品种为出发点，研究了一种由热轧盘条（Ｈ０８Ａ）直接生产药芯焊丝的新工艺，成功地研制出了直径１．２～３．２ｍｍ的药芯焊丝。本文对这种新型药芯焊丝的特点。
At present , as a kind of welding material, the development of
the flux-cored is the fastest at home, and its output is increasing sharply. But it remains to be
produced with sheet steel. Based on developing the economic and practical new product,
authors researched a new technology, which can produce directly flux-cored with rolling coil of
wire being heated (H08A). And developed the flux-cored with diameter range from 1.2mm to
3.2mm. In this article new type flux-cored is discussed and analyzed about the characteristics,
process of manufacture technology and quality.
