摘要
本文详细介绍了所研制的药芯焊丝送丝机的工作原理、电路结构、机械结构及性能参数，并与林肯公司的IN-9丝机性能进行了比较。该机既能输送Ф1．2～2．0mm的实芯焊丝，又能输送1．6～3．2mm药芯焊丝，解决了国内生产的实芯焊丝送丝机输送药芯焊丝不理想的问题。
In this thesis the operating principle, circuit construction, mechanical construction andproperty of flux-cored wire feeder develolop are introduced in detail .This wire feeder, which is compared with IN -9 wire feeder of LINCOIN companya,canefeed not only solid wire Фl. 2~2. 0 but also fluxcored wire of Ф1. 6~3. 2. The problem that the solid wire feeder produced internal doesn' t fit tofeed fluxcored wire is solved.
