摘要
目的:探讨合理、美观、满意的小儿腹股沟疝切口关闭方式。方法:回顾并比较我院2006年2月～2009年6月采用三种不同切口关闭方式治疗的229例(280侧切口)小儿腹股沟疝患儿的效果。结果:切口均甲级愈合。切口关闭时间、瘢痕宽度3组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。切口线结反应或硬结,观察组与对照1组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但与对照2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:瞬康医用胶黏合切口明显减小了对机体的刺激,缩短了手术时间,减轻了患儿痛苦,外观愈合满意,减少了患儿的恐惧心理,在小儿腹股沟疝切口关闭中值得推广。
Objective：To explore the reasonable,beautiful and satisfactory incision closure approach of pediatric inguinal hernia.Methods：To review and compare the effect of three different methods of incision closure in 229 cases （280 incisions） of children inguinal hernia in our hospital from February 2006 to June 2009.Results：The operative incision were well healed.The incision closing time and the scar width had statistical difference among the three groups （P0.01）.The incision thread knot reaction or scleroma had no statistical difference between the observation group and control group 1 （P0.05）,but the difference between the observation group and the control group 2 was statistically significant （P0.01）.Conclusion：Using Shun-Kang medical adhesive for bonding incision significantly reduces the stimulation to the body,shortens the operative time,alleviates pain and reduces fear of children patient with satisfactory appearance of healing,which is worth being spread in children inguinal hernia incision closure.
