摘要
①目的 总结EC耳脑胶在急性外伤性脑脊液漏中的应用效果。②方法 对急性外伤性脑脊液漏修补病例进行回顾性分析。③结果 EC耳脑胶修补急性外伤性脑脊液漏 35例效果良好 ,均未再次发生脑脊液漏。④结论 应用EC耳脑胶修补急性外伤性脑脊液漏 ,具有简便、安全、成功率高的特点 。
Objective To sum up the effect of EC glue in acute traumatic cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) leakage. Methods A retrospective study was carried out in 35 cases of acute traumatic CSF leakage repaired with EC glue. Results All the cases got satisfactory outcome, no leakages noted postoperatively. Conclusion EC glue is of convenience, safety and high success rate in the repair of acute traumatic CSF leakage, and is worth of clinical application.
