摘要
[目的]研究卷烟抽吸参数对烟气成分的预测模型,为预测各种吸烟条件下焦油、烟碱等烟气成分的吸入量提供参考。[方法]采用一次回归正交试验设计方法,考察3个抽吸参数(抽吸持续时间、抽吸频率、抽吸容量)及它们两两之间的交互作用对焦油、烟碱和CO的影响。[结果]得到了抽吸参数与烟气成分(焦油、烟碱、CO)的预测模型,该模型与实际情况拟合得很好。[结论]利用该模型能够快速准确地预测出不同抽吸参数条件下卷烟的常规烟气成分值,为研究改进吸烟机抽吸参数提供了帮助。
[Objective]The reference for the prediction of the inhalation volume of tar,nicotine and other components under various conditions was provided through the research on the prediction model of cigarette smoking component by means of smoking parameter.[Method]The effect of three smoking parameters:the lasting time,the frequency and inhalation volume of smoking,and the interaction among them on tar,nicotine and CO was analyzed with the method of orthogonal regression design.[Results]A prediction model between of smoking parameter and smoking component was formed,which was matched with actual situation very well.[Conclusion]The value of conventional smoking component under the different smoking parameters could be accurately and rapidly predicted with the model,which can be used as a referral to the improvement of smoking machinery.
