摘要
主题班会作为大学生思想政治教育的基本手段,具有主题的灵活性、形式的多样性、内容的针对性、情景的互动性等特征,优化了思想政治教育的环境,锻炼了辅导员,提高了思想政治教育工作队伍的整体工作水平。
Theme class meeting, as a basic approach for college ideological and political education, is characterized by its flexibility in theme, variety in from, pertinence in content and its interactivity. It optimizes the educational environment, tempers the counselor and therefore improves the overall ideological and political work in colleges and universities.
