摘要
目的：探讨准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术（ＬＡＳＩＫ）术后眼压的变化及非接触式眼压计（ｎｏｎｃｏｎｔａｃｔｔｏｎｏｍｅｔｒｙ，ＮＣＴ）用于激量ＬＡＳＩＫ术后眼压的可靠性。方法：采用非接触式眼压计测量眼压，对ＬＡＳＩＫ术前、术后随访１月以上２７例５１只眼患者眼压进行统计学分析。结果：术前平均眼压为１６７３±２３８ｍｍＨｇ，术后１月的平均眼压为１０７８±２９１ｍｍＨｇ，明显低于术前，二者差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０００１）。结论：ＬＡＳＩＫ术后ＮＣＴ测量眼压低于术前。非接触式眼压计用于ＬＡＳＩＫ术后监测眼压有一定的优越性。
Objective: To evaluate the change of intraocular pressure(IOP) after laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK).Methods:27cases(51 eyes) of hypermyopia followed up over one month after LASIK were studied with noncontact tonometer(NCT).Results:Mean IOPs before and after LASIK was 16.73±2.38mmHg and 10.78±2.91mmHg respectively.The postoperative mean IOP is significantly lower than the preoperative one ( P <0.001).Conclusion:The study indicated that the method monitoring IOP after LASIK with NCT is of certain advantages and needs to be further improved.
