为了在竞争日趋激烈的电建市场中求生存、谋发展,围绕成本领先战略,从电力施工成本管理缺陷分析、成本控制原则及实施成本领先战略的具体举措等方面探讨成本领先战略在电建施工企业的实施。
Centering on cost leadership strategy,this paper discusses power construction cost＇s defect analysis and control principle, based on which the paper puts forward some measures to implement cost leadership strategy in power construction enterprise.
