摘要
针对当前工程项目成本管理中存在的成本管理意识淡薄、缺乏经济效益观念、管理手段落后等问题进行了分析,分别提出了投标阶段、施工准备阶段、实施阶段的成本管理措施,强调成本控制应贯穿施工项目全过程。
In view of the weakness of cost management consciousness which exists in the current engineering projects cost management, the lack of economic concepts and the problems such as backward management are analyzed, proposes the cost management measures for the tender stage, the construction preparation stage and the implementation stage respectively, emphasizes that cost control should throughout the entire process of the construction projects.
