摘要
目的:观察补肾健脾活血利水方治疗原发性肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法:将60例原发性肾病综合征患者随机分为2组:治疗组和对照组均口服泼尼松治疗,治疗组在口服泼尼松的基础上予补肾健脾活血利水中药汤剂口服。治疗前及治疗60d后,测定2组的24h尿蛋白量、血清白蛋白、血脂水平。结果:治疗后2组24h尿蛋白、血脂水平均明显下降,血清白蛋白上升,但治疗组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗肾病综合征疗效较好,在泼尼松治疗基础上口服补肾健脾活血利水中药能增强其疗效。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect of bushenjianpihuoxuelishui recipe on original nephrotic syndrome.Methods：60 patients with original nephrotic syndrome were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group was given prednisone by oral use;the treatment group was given composite Bushenjianpihuoxuelishuiyin on the basis of prednisone.60 d was one treatment cycle.24 h urine albumin,plasma albumin,blood fat were measured before and after treatment.Results：After treatment,24 h urine albumin,blood fat both decreased,and serum albumin increased in both groups,but those improved more than that in control group.The differences were significant between both groups（P〈0.05） .Conclusion：Treatment with composite Bushenjianpihuoxuelishuiiyin recipe on the basis of prednisone has better curative effect.
