摘要
本文介绍了一种用紫外四阶导数分光光度法直接测定炼厂污水中挥发酚的新方法。本法省去了萃取、蒸馏和比色等繁琐的预处理和测定步骤,采回水样可以直接测定,20分钟内可测出结果。本法灵敏、准确,测定结果与标准法十分吻合。本法的线性范围为0~32ppm;回收率在93%~108%之间;检出限为0.2ppm.
A new method of determining the volatile phenol in waste wa-ter by UV-derivative spectrophotometry is presented. The method can be used directly to determine phenol in 1 : 1 chloric acid without pre-treatment of extraction, distillation and colorimetry. The experimental results show that the method is quick and accurate, and can effectively eliminate interference. The range of measurement is 0-32 μg/mL obeying Beer's Law. The recovery is 93%~108%. The results are in good agreement with those obtained by standard method.
