摘要
水性包衣技术具有许多优点。它克服了有机溶媒包衣的诸多缺陷，而乙基纤维素是广泛用于固体制剂包衣的水不溶性聚合物之一。本文以市售乙基纤维素水性包衣产品——Ａｑｕａ－ｃｏａｔ○Ｒ及Ｓｕｒｅｌｅａｓｅ○Ｒ为例，综述了水性包衣的制备、组成、特点、应用以及成膜机理。
Aqueous coating technology was developed to overcome some problems associated with organic solvents. Ethylcellulose is one of the most widely used water insoluble polymers for the coating of solid dosage forms. This paper introduced the preparations, compositions, characteristics and applications of aqueous coatings and mechanism of film forming with two commerial aqueous ethylcellulose pseudolatexes, namely Aquacoat ○R manufactured by FMC and Surelease ○R by Colorcon.
